My health care career started in New York City (NYC) at the prestigious Columbia University & Weill Cornell University Hospital, and Yale University. I was surrounded by amazing mentors who inspired me to ask medical questions and seek answers to best serve and care for patients and above all else inspire and educate.
After completing fellowship training in NYC, I moved to Florida to be closer to my family and was able to serve the community treating patients along a continuum of care in the office and critical care setting.
I called it my “patient center home,” and dedicated myself to the empowerment of health, wellness, and longevity.
I recognized early on that the journey of wellness starts with self-care, and prevention of illness, “how we understand, access, and interpret our health care world,” is critical to our spiritual and physical health and well-being.
I then transitioned into healthcare leadership roles with the goal to positively impacting the delivery and access of healthcare treatment to not only one patient but many patients.
In that spirit blossoms just AskDoctorH our wonderfully interactive website where I can share health care information simply and speak personally with each one of you.
